The central provinces and the Azuero Peninsula
The Azuero Peninsula is the veritable guardian of the Hispanic era's traditions, and a great place to take part in the carnival celebrations. A visit to the verdant little village of Chiguirí Ariba, a magical spots amid extraordinary wildlife and lush vegetation, is also a definite must-see when touring this region.

Drive by bus to the province of Colon to see the San Lorenzo Fort, before visiting the city of Portobelo, and touring the Gatun Locks. Board the Panama Express, the first inter-oceanic railway, for the return trip along the Canal to Panama City.
ANTON VALLEY
Discover the hidden charms of this picturesque village located in the crater of an extinct volcano. Visit the zoo and the botanical gardens Golden Frog, then go hiking in the rainforest to the beautiful Chorro Excursions opérées par : El Macho waterfall and shop at a local market.
